As a trained psychic-medium with over 12 years of experience, Shelby has honed her gifts to connect and receive messages from the Spirit Realm. During a Spirit Activation, clients will speak to their intentions of the session. Sacred Space will be created and Shelby will ‘tune’ into and ‘witness’ the Spirit Realm for the client’s highest and greatest good.

detox-reset
During a detox-reset session, clients will experience a professional ionic detox foot bath. This device is designed to create a perfect pH balance triggering the body to release positive charged toxins causing the body to balance itself into alkaline state (health).
While the client’s feet are in the bath (30-60 minutes), Shelby will create Sacred Space and ‘witness’ a Spirit Activation (see Spirit Activation for more info).
After the ionic detox foot bath and Spirit Activation, a client will receive a foot zone. This is designed to Reset the body/brain connection and restart systems/organs/structures in the body back to homeostasis.
During a foot zone, Shelby will massage the feet in a specific manner to activate the nerves signaling to the brain it’s natural detox and healing process. Discomfort may be experienced in areas of imbalance, this is temporary. This is stimulating the body’s natural intelligence to heal itself.
